Guest star from Belgium

Happened on November 23rd, 2013:
It was a rainy day. I was going home from school and I checked a few newspapers and magazines for me to read. Then I went to the Toonzone forums, went to see TZ user Red Arrow :D from Belgium and he has changed his avatar to a nightmarish picture!
My dream didn't involve his reaction at the time of CN NL replacing Time Squad with Level Up.
